I just wanted to give a big thank you to you all for a magnificent service.
I placed an order with yourselves on Thursday night for a much needed coat and despite the horrendous weather it arrived only 36 hours later. Given that I placed several orders with other internet companies 10 days ago and am yet to receive those goods, I'm thrilled to bits to have the coat. And can at last stop worrying about hypothermia!
I think you're marvellous and will recommend you to anyone who will listen.

Cant speak highly enough of the great customer service,when i couldnt find the jacket i wanted anywhere in the country they came up trumps and found the jacket for me and popped it aside for me to purchase and delivered it to me the very next day but the most impressive part were the staffs customer servce the most polite and helpfull staff ive come accross in a very long time,just when i thought that kind of service didnt exist anymore the staff at Cavells proved me wrong,Thanks for everything and keep up the great work, you will come highly recommended by me.
